We are searching for Full-Time CAD Drafter(s). We are primarily looking for qualified candidates to work in our engineering office in Vancouver, Washington.

CAD personnel will work closely with engineering/design dept to gather required information to develop drawings, plots, and collates drawing.
Graph and lay out fire sprinkler systems using architectural drawings to create fire sprinkler drawings and hydraulic calculations.

• Responsible for (but not limited to): computer assisted drafting, creating, editing, revision of redline mark-ups and finalization.
• Updating of AutoCAD, Anvil and other drawing files as well as editing of raster images for drawings that have been scanned.
• Management of native and distributed drawing files from various locations.
• Conversion of files from one native format to another.
• Re-mastering of damaged or lost drawings.

Experience/Education:

• Minimum of 3 years exp. / Fire sprinkler design a preferred
• AutoCAD 2005
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant drafting standards
• Appropriate education and training in CAD required.
